This small privately run villa was originally built around 1930 and it underwent a complete restauration and refurbishing 2002-2003. Our special desire was to preserve its original touch, so that the house maintains the charm and ambience of earlier times, offering great accomodation in its high ceiling rooms.

Our house offers accomodation for 15 persons in double rooms with twin or king sized beds and in single rooms.

The rooms have been decorated in a very warm and personal style, each of them bearing an individual note in colouring and decoration, which makes every guest feel at home. Every room has been lovingly furnished and is equipped with remote control coloured television, phone and mini bar. Each room has a separate bathroom.
On the first floor you will find a large balcony inviting you to take a seat in the open and relax.
The central dining room where breakfast, snacks and drinks are served is very bright and spacious. It can also be used as a lounge for spending nice and entertaining evenings.

The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and can be used by our guests at their own disposal. Nevertheless we offer our cooking and serving services at any time.

The villa has also has a big outdoor spatio, offering its guests the possibility to barbecue and enjoy beautiful evenings outside.

Parking spaces are directly in front of the house.

Our villa also offers you the possibility of organizing private parties or events, small conferences or staff trainings.
Additional to accomodation, we can also organize your recreational activities, tailoring them according to your needs. Your holiday will certainly change into something special.
